Because of many of our renters are already years with us and are excellent tenants, we, as HAKI, decided to install in all our properties a remote-controlled electrical gates. Making life more comfortable for them, especially during the rainy season. Also, security improved, as the gates are now always locked.
By the way, all houses now have a solid concrete driveway, no more gravel. Cleaner, easier and a lot less maintenance.

You will meet friendly people, visit flower and orchid farms, go bird watching, do horseback riding, and hike the Volcán Baru National park with 14,000 hectares or La Amistad International Park with 407,000 hectare cloud forest Park. The flora and fauna you can find here are just amazing.
